I founded Stretch Consulting to bring high‑quality, flexible HR support to small businesses, giving you the expertise you need only when you need it. With more than 15 years’ experience across financial and professional services, I’ve supported organisations through every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to policy development, engagement, grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, managed exits and organisational restructures.
My corporate background is complemented by hands‑on experience working with clients in sectors as diverse as automotive, gaming, education and healthcare. I understand that not every business needs a full‑time HR department, but every business deserves trusted, proactive HR support. That’s why I partner with you to keep your business compliant, forward thinking and focused on your goals.
Outside of Stretch Consulting, I’m a proud mum to Alf, aged seven, and I serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees for a charity supporting bereaved children. Compassion and community spirit are at the heart of everything I do.
